Maine Mass Timber, Inc. (MMT) will build the Northeast’s first mass timber production facility to produce cross-laminated timber (CLT).
CLT is an engineered wood product used to replace steel and concrete decking systems, and increasingly, structural walls, in buildings up to 18 stories tall.
CLT hybrid construction can reduce total project costs by up to 20%.
